Bengur Bryan advised NikoNET/CompuFAX in its sale to ICG Netcom. NikoNET specializes in the fax broadcast of time sensitive information through the use of specialized communications technology and will expand the current product offerings of ICG Netcom to include enhanced messaging services such as document on demand, broadcast e-mail and fax broadcast. ICG Netcom will leverage its nationwide Internet Protocol (IP) network to deploy these new services at lower prices over time.
