Charlotte Lee has over 15 years of investment banking experience providing strategic advice regarding mergers, acquisitions and debt and equity placements.

At Bengur Bryan she spends much of her time in the role of new business development and marketing in all industry sectors. Prior to joining Bengur Bryan, Ms. Lee worked as a Director in the Mergers and Acqusitions Group of Credit Lyonnais, as a Vice President at Alex. Brown & Sons in the Capital Markets Group and as an Associate with Kidder, Peabody & Co. specializing in leveraged buyouts, high yield public financings and private placements.

Ms. Lee is the president of Habitat for Humanity in Nassau County, the founder of the Women’s Investment Club of Manhasset and on the Advisory Boards of To Make the World a Better Place and the What to Expect Foundation. A certified literacy and math tutor, Ms. Lee holds a B.A. from New York University in Political Science/Pre-Law.
