O. R. Bengur, Senior Advisor, specializes in mergers and acquisitions and private placements for companies in the technology, business services and health care sectors. Mr. Bengur has in excess of 20 years experience as an investment banker with Bengur Bryan and previously with Alex. Brown & Sons Incorporated (now Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown). During his career, he has been involved in a wide range of investment banking activities from public offerings of equity and debt to private placements and merger and acquisition advice.

Mr. Bengur has an A.B. degree from Princeton University and a graduate diploma from Cambridge University, England.
